FreeWill and Catholic Social Media (CSM) are expanding their partnership to bring FreeWill's planned giving content to every diocese and parish on the CSM platform.
Since 2017, FreeWill has offered free estate planning services and resources, helping more than 1.5 million Americans create wills and other estate plans. Its faith partnerships office has since built a library of planned giving content inspired by Catholic teaching, the liturgical year, and the lives of the saints, and that content is now available to CSM's client dioceses and their parishes. The resources are designed to help Catholics think through the legacy they want to leave, including the chance to write a will and remember their parish in their estate plans.
Through the partnership, dioceses and parishes can find and share FreeWill's Catholic content directly through CSM. That gives Catholic communicators a new way to introduce planned giving and the theme of stewardship through messages that already feel like part of parish life, rooted in faith rather than fundraising.

"FreeWill gives our dioceses and parishes thoughtful resources that connect these conversations to our Catholic faith and make them easier to share."
